Introducing candidates to your parents

You should treat a salesperson’s inteview very differently from an accountant’s interview.

In a lot of ways, a job interview is like meeting your future in-laws.

In order to “be fair” the advice from this article would be given to each candidate.

To really test a person’s ability to read a situation, you’d never give them this info.  But if a job requires less interpersonal skills than selling to CEO’s, you might want to give the poor candidates a leg up to start.  HR can prep the candidates, then you can see how well they follow instructions.  That is another great thing to learn.
